Znam da sam dosadan,ali brate-odmor. To sto ti radis je zlo&naopako i ako/kad se budesh negde,ne daj boze,syeb@o/povredio,pitacesh se "'di sam se zayebao" :(

Samo zapamti jednu stvar. Misici se regenerisu i rastu kad spavas i kad se odmarash,a ne kad se kilavish... ;)

Syebao sam se samo kad sam radio po 15h dnevno 2 godine, tad mi je ruka otisla u qurac, zglob iskakao svaki cas.
Basket je nesto u cemu uzivam max, imam snage i volje uvek za to, samo trazim nacin da malo ublazim te upale misica.
Verovatno je to zbog neistezanja, jer nemam blage kako se radi istezanje tih misica, moram da pitam ove ortake fudbalere.

Ponekad i tri puta, mada posto ne dizem tegove cenim da je ok tj. da se ipak vecinski ako ne potpuno misici oporave za 48-72h. Pored toga dobro se osecam i ne tapkam u mestu, tako da ko' ga sljivi ..

Ima ortak, shta te interesuje pitacu ga. On je imao neke terapije i morao je da krene na dijetu i njemu je to verovatno nasledno, poshto je on jako mrshav, kost i koza, ali ima u krvi dosta holesterola jer jede mnogo, ali mnogo.

Kako se to meri? Krv mora da se vadi ili? Posto dropujem peglu svaki put kad mi je vadjena krv, plus 2h ne mogu da ustanem, prokleti podsvesni strah.
A na poslu se secem skoro svaki dan i nikad nista. Jak bi junki bio od mene kad se plasim igle. :D

Povedi računa definitivno. Uvedi ovsene pahuljice za doručak i recimo Omegu 3 za koju kažu da je odlična u rešavanju tog problema, onda maslinovo ulje (extra virgin) 2 supene kašike dnevno, ništa od ugljenih hidrata popodne i uveče ... Poznate stvari.:)

I nek' ti urade (ako vec nisu) odnos HDL,LDL i trglicerida. Taj ukupan nivo holesterola moze a i ne mora nista da znaci. Npr. ako ti je HDL povisen,a LDL i trigliceridi u normali onda je opusteno... ;)

K'o sto rece Misko81,kupi Omega3 i cepaj po jedan posle svakog obroka... :)

Ili,najbolje,baci se na ketogenu dijetu jedno mesec dana :D Ima da istopis salo,a i holesterol se smanjuje koliko god besmisleno to delovalo na prvi pogled... :)

Ketogena je keva, za mesec dana sam skinuo bio 13kg, a sto je najjace kada sam nastavio normalnu ishranu, mrsavio sam i dalje, od 94 na 78kg :D

Kakve crne dijete ljudi, igrajte basket, fudbal, trcite, plivajte i jedite koliko god hocete.
Ja sam smrsao 5kg za 15 dana, svaki dan peglam basket.

Izbacio si vodu i cim uneses vise tecnosti, prodje leto vratices to za dan-dva ;)

Sto put je vec receno, nije bitno samo koliko je neko izgubio kila, nego sta je izgubio... Ja licno pre bih da ne izgubim ni gram, nego da izgubim 5kila misica ako me razumes ;)

A da bi skinuo 5kg cistog sala, ne da mora dijeta, nego nisi svestan kakva dijeta i mnogo vise kardia od basketa ;)

Kakve crne dijete ljudi, igrajte basket, fudbal, trcite, plivajte i jedite koliko god hocete.
Ja sam smrsao 5kg za 15 dana, svaki dan peglam basket.
Sve zavisi ko kakav metabolizam ima. Voda brzo nestaje ali se brzo i vraca.

Ja sam kao klinac za 12 dana smrsao 12kg, 12 dana najgore dijete, mizerni obroci a bez hleba, soli, slatkisa itd i trcao 10 dana [2 otpala zbog nevremena] po 20 krugova svako vece, krug je oko 400m.. umirao sam od gladi a posle svakog 10-og kruga sam postajao zombi, uzasan trip.

Aj sto sam skinuo skoro svo salo nego sam se lepo sasusio i ostao bez misica, snage i rekoh vise nikad :D

Sada trcim 3x nedeljno po 6-8 krugova ali sa srednje brzim tempom, preznojim se i crknem ali bar sve brzo zavrsim, 4x nedeljno teretana i bajs svaki dan i jedem kao stoka a opet sam sa zimskih 115 spao na 111kg :) Ima tu jos sala po spojlerima ali hebe mi se iskreno, gurman sam, nikad vise ozbiljna dijeta ili bar ne jos koju godinu dok sam mlad :d

definitivno nema sanse da trcim po 20 krugova laganim tempom opet, to je pakao za psihu.:nuts:

Jbg,to ljudi ne kapiraju,zato sto mnogo gledaju u vagu... Prvo sto ode na tom maltretiranje-rezimu je voda,onda misici,i usput malo salceta.. :D A to se jako brzo vrati na staro,posto organizam tezi ka tome da cim bude imao od cega vrati to dvoje u neko normalno/prosecno stanje...

Sto kaze Beginer,da bi smrsao toliko (sala,ne misica i vode) za 10-15 dana mora da imas zastoko sredjen rezim ishrane.

Ma ja sam to odradio kao klinac, bio je to test licnosti jer svi po kuci jedu sta hoce a ja 12 dana gulim korn fleks, jogurt i palentu :d

I tada sam rekao, vise nikad :) Sad stvarno jedem sta stignem a masno inace ne gotivim i boli me uvo, zimi imam malo povisene pritiske :D zbog slava itd ali sam leti na zdravoj hrani skoro uvek.

Daj bre 10 krugova je samo zagrevanje. Problem je samo u prvih par dana.
Ja sam zimus na traci uvek trcao 5-7 km laganim tempom, smrsao extra, nabio kisice, jeo sve zivo, samo ne junk fast food i ne mnogo uvece.
Svaki dan cepam limunadu, ona mnogo pomaze.

Sad stvarno jedem sta stignem a masno inace ne gotivim i boli me uvo, zimi imam malo povisene pritiske :D zbog slava itd ali sam leti na zdravoj hrani skoro uvek.
Ma ja sam se u poslednjih godinu dana zapustio do 00,i eto slanine na stomaku... :D

Inace sam ceo zivot bio mrsaviji,imao plocice na stomaku i tako to,i jeo,'nako,jednom-dvaput dnevno,al' kad sednem upropastim se.

Al' eto,posle godinu dana zuljanja doopeta po kojekakvim stolicama i intenzivnog proucavanja piva :d....jbg... :D

A i omatorilo se malo,jbg. Ranije bio fazon klinac,brz metabolizam,ceo dan napolju,cimanje ovde-onde....ne moz' da se ugojis i da 'oces.
Sad kako se blizi trideseta mora covek sve vise da se trudi,a ima sve vise opcija za bleju. Pa ti vidi... :d:rotf:

Kako se to meri? Krv mora da se vadi ili? Posto dropujem peglu svaki put kad mi je vadjena krv, plus 2h ne mogu da ustanem, prokleti podsvesni strah.
A na poslu se secem skoro svaki dan i nikad nista. Jak bi junki bio od mene kad se plasim igle. :D
Rofl a ja mislio da sam jedini kome se slosi :)
Svaki put mi posle toga ne bude dobro i 15-20 min moram da mirujem a nisam malokrvan niti gledam u inglu nit sta;)

Hvala na savetima,ja sam karakter a i nisam nesto debo imam 79kg al se sportom ne bavim vec samo dosta setam i tu i tamo vozim bajs i rolere;)
Ishranu cu totalno da promenim,nema vise brze hrane u igraonici i na brzaka,sve cu jesti kuvano i sa sto manje masnoce!

Merili su mi sve i ldl mi je visok..tipa 6.20 a hdl je ok.
Trigliceridi su mi na maximalno dozvoljenoj granici tacno;)

Meni vađenje krvi nikada nije bio problem. Opušteno gledam iglu i kako se puni špric.:D

Ja sam nekoliko dana unazad gotovo potpuno izbacio UH, dobro, ne baš skroz, ponekad moram da uzmem nešto slatko, ali samo u malim količinama, hleb i testenine - banned, za večeru ide ella sir ili onaj Meggle sveži kao alternativa i neko povrće, moram da skinem stomak ...

Ja sam to radio i ono, ne smeta mi ali pre cu da se zavalim na krevet i caskam sa milficem sto vadi krv :D

I vise me nervira ono kada rokne u jagodicu prsta jer posle ostane neki truo osecaj :d

6,7x dadoh do sada i plan mi je da dokle god mogu dajem bar 2 x godisnje jer je to veliki pii dim u sustini a cesto nemaju dovoljno krvi u bolnici.

Ja kad bi dao pola kile krvi ne bi znao za sebe 3 dana. Meni izvade onu malu epruvetu i ocu da padnem u nesvest, povracam, sou po bolnici samnom.
Rekao sam vise ne dam krv makar pistolj uperili. :D
