Vivaldi, novi browser

"Vivaldi is a new browser from the founders of the original Opera Web Browser in 1994.

Truth be told the web browser landscape is constantly changing. Firefox is up and down, Google Chrome seems to be getting worse and alternative builds of those tend to be really popular (Chromium, Waterfox, etc.) so this could be an interesting project; essentially a well needed reboot of the original Opera which has really not been competitive in the face of the big boys including Internet Explorer.

It has some really neat features like temporary zooming in or out with a reset, quick access to hide images for fast load times, a handy, unobtrusive sidebar with access to links, downloads and more. An email client in the future is promised.

The toughest part going forward is an obvious one. It’s not a very catchy name. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Chrome are all household names or at least easy to say and remember. Vivaldi? Not so much.

As a tech preview we could have a lot of complaints but that’s really not fair in this stage of development. At this stage however, it is stable and fast. I don’t think it’s ready to replace your browser yet but if you like to get a look at new browsers early on, this is worth a peek."

Tech Preview, tako da fali mnogo funkcija i stabilnost, brzina. Inače su na odličnom putu da naprave najbolji browser kao stara Opera, bez problema sa kompatibilnošću koju je imao Presto engine.

Izgled je još i OK... opcije tu tuga koliko ih ima malo... Chrome verovatno ima više. Bookmarks i speed dail su iste stvari... treba ti tri sata da skontaš kako se ubacije nešto u bookmark bar... drag n drop opcija ne postoji. Ne radi "Open in new tab" sa srednjim klikom... haos kako je loš browser.

Ja na poslu koristim IE8/Win 7/ a kuci IE11/Win 8.1/.I ako ga gazi konkurencija navika je navika.Na poslu na jedmom od racunara korisim i firefox i dobar je/win xp/
Koliko je stabilan i da li otvara sve stranice.

Chrome trosi gomilu memorije, Firefox je sa novim UI-em od verzije 29 dosta toga pokvario, Opera vise nije ono sto je nekada bila.

Cim mi dojadi FF i ja cu poceti da trazim alternativu, a koliko vidim Vivaldi bi mogao biti ta alternativa.

Kao neko ko koristi Vivaldi prilicno dugo, sto se memorije tice neces se usreciti ni sa njim I on srce i povalci dosta, pogotovo kad se potovori dosta tabova i flash zezalice, ali ono sto mu mogu dati kao plus u odnosu na sve navedene, je sto mi se cini da ako ne brze, onda nekako dosta tecnije i fluidnije radi od ostalih

Vivaldi je dobar kao browser ja sam ga neko vreme koristio i zadovoljan sam sa njim obzirom da nije officialna verzija je dobar,mada neke stvari treba doraditi,inace je lak za koriscenje kao kod chroma downloads treba u dnu da bude.Iskreno dobro ucitava stranice i ostalo ali je mana sto se u odnosu na chrome jako sporo pokrece i ponekad kao da zamrzne i nece da ucita stranicu

Kod mene naprotiv... Brze se pokrece od Chroma, i kao sto sam rekao tecnije mi ucitava stranice pa mi zato mozda deluje da je brzi. Sto se tice zamrzavanja, to mi se nikad nije desilo, cak i sa preko 20otvorenih tabova od kojih su bar 5 do 10 puni flash aplikacija

Preporucujem svima bar na nedelju dana da probaju zadnji build i da jave utiske. Smatram da je Vivaldi od svih najagilniji browser kad je obican surf u pitanju sa do 15-20 taba.

Ko je do sada koristio Vivaldija (barem na win-u), a skoro je konstatno imao problema na yt od početka godine, evo rešenja tj. barem sam ja tako rešio problem.

Deinstalirajte trenutnu veziju vivaldija ali bez nekog uninstallera da se ne bi obrisala vaša istroija. Skinite sa njihovog sajta stariju verziju (preporučujem 5.5.2805.32 x64) Ovo je potrebno jer enhancer for youtube radi na chromiumu >= 105,na kom je ova verzija vivaldija i zasnovana.

Pri inatalaciji isključite net(ili na firewall-u onemogućiti automatsku internet konekciju update procesu), da biste mogli da ugasite automataki update. To se nalazi u file - > settings - > general
Sekcija updates, dugme "show updates settings" i odstiklirajte "automatically download updates and...."

Onda će sve lepo raditi, bez da se odštiklira hardware acceleration i smooth scrolling opcije u vivaldiju.
