Ako misliš da Windows pravi problem; probaj da pomoću system restore vratiš poslednje (ili neko ranije) stanje sistema.

This issue often occurs when Windows assigns the flash drive a conflicting or missing drive letter, or if the file system on the drive is corrupted. Below are the steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Assign a Drive Letter
Sometimes the flash drive is detected but has no assigned drive letter, making it inaccessible.
  1. Open Disk Management :
    • Press Win + X and select Disk Management .
  2. Locate your flash drive in the lower list (it should appear as a removable disk with a storage size).
  3. Right-click the flash drive and select Change Drive Letter and Paths .
  4. Click Add (or Change ) and assign a drive letter (eg, D: or E:).
  5. Click OK and check if the drive is accessible in File Explorer.
2. Check the File System
If the file system is corrupted, Windows may not mount the drive.
  1. In Disk Management , look at the file system column for the flash drive:
    • If it shows RAW , the file system is corrupted.
    • If it shows NTFS/FAT32 , move to Step 3.
  2. Recover the Drive :
    • Open Command Prompt as Administrator:
      • Press Win + S , type cmd, right-click Command Prompt , and choose Run as Administrator .
    • Type the following command and press Enter:
      bash
      Copy code
      chkdsk X: /f
Replace X: with the flash drive's letter. This will attempt to repair any file system issues.
3. Reformat the Flash Drive
If the file system is irreparable, reformatting may be necessary (this will erase all data on the drive).
  1. Reformat via Disk Management :
    • Right-click the flash drive in Disk Management and select Format .
    • Choose FAT32 or exFAT for compatibility.
    • Click OK to proceed.
  2. Reformat via Command Prompt :
    • Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
    • Type:
      bash
      Copy code
      diskpart
    • Then:
      bash
      Copy code
      list disk
      select disk X
      clean
      create partition primary
      format fs=fat32 quick
      assign
      exit
Replace X with the number of the flash drive listed by list disk.
4. Update USB Drivers
Outdated or corrupted USB drivers can prevent proper detection.
  1. Update the USB Controller :
    • Press Win + X and select Device Manager .
    • Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers .
    • Right-click each item labeled as USB Root Hub or similar and select Update Driver .
  2. Reinstall USB Drivers :
    • In Device Manager, right-click the USB device for the flash drive and select Uninstall Device .
    • Remove the flash drive and restart your PC.
    • Reinsert the flash drive, and Windows should reinstall the necessary drivers automatically.
5. Check for Hidden Partitions
Hidden or unallocated partitions can prevent access to the drive.
  1. In Disk Management , check if the flash drive has:
    • Unallocated space : If yes, right-click and select New Simple Volume .
    • Hidden partitions: Delete any unnecessary partitions, then create a new volume.
6. Test on Another Port or System
If the flash drive works on another computer but not yours:
  1. Try using a different USB port (preferably USB 2.0 if available).
  2. Use a different cable or adapter if the drive is an external SSD or similar.
  3. If it works on another computer but still not on yours, the issue may be Windows-specific. Run sfc /scannow in Command Prompt to check and fix system file corruption.
7. Use Recovery Tools (If Data is Important)
If the flash drive appears as RAW or inaccessible and you need the data:
  1. Use recovery software like:
  2. Connect the drive to another computer to attempt data recovery before reformatting.
8. Reset USB Ports
If nothing works, reset all USB devices:
  1. Open Device Manager .
  2. Right-click each item under Universal Serial Bus controllers and select Uninstall Device .
  3. Restart your computer. Windows will reinstall USB drivers.
If the Drive Still Doesn't Work:
  • The flash drive may have hardware issues. Use the manufacturer's diagnostic tools (eg, SanDisk has its Memory Zone tool).
  • If it's a permanent failure, the drive may need replacement.
