Preuzeto odavde gde je covek imao pitanje o defektazi pixela na 2209WA...Dell je napisao(la):Pixel Policy for monitors starting with S, V or E :
During the LCD Monitor manufacturing process, it is not uncommon for one or more pixels to become fixed in an unchanging state. The visible result is a fixed pixel that appears as an extremely tiny dark or bright discolored spot. When the pixel remains permanently lit, it is known as a bright dot. When the pixel remains black, it is known as a dark dot. In almost every case, these fixed pixels are hard to see and do not detract from display quality or usability. A display with 1 to 5 fixed pixels is considered normal and within competitive standards and does not warrant a replacement monitor.
Pixel Policy for UltraSharp Premium Series monitors purchased as of February 14, 2008 (Zero Bright Pixel Premium Panel Guarantee) :
If your UltraSharp Premium Series monitor has any permanently lit Hot pixel/Bright dot or Dead pixel/Dark dot, then this warrants a replacement monitor. Tell the technician to look up DSN Document ID: 339667.
* Hot pixel/Bright dot = always on bright
* Dead pixel/Dark dot = always off dark, very rare
