AMD's x86 licenca istice za 24 sata?

The 60-day license deadline is set to expire on May 15th, 2009 - and with less than 48 hours to go, we have asked both Intel and AMD about an update to this cross-license dispute. Bear in mind that the statements given during March were openly hostile between the two - getting to the point where Intel could ask for injunction on sales of all AMD x86-based products, and AMD could block the sales of every Intel processor that contains AMD's technology.

Intel's PoV

Intel's legal ace, Mr. Chuck Mulloy got back to us and stated that Intel has "nothing to report" on the subject of x86 cross-patent negotiations.

AMD's PoV

AMD's own Drew Prairie stated the following: "Not much to update on the cross license side. AMD and Intel are currently participating in dispute resolution procedures as required by the cross-license agreement. Beyond that, we aren’t commenting."

Sa povlacenjem Intela iz ugovora o Crossover licencama moze lako da se desi da plavi dobiju problema sa patentima integrisanog memoriskog kontrollera kao i 64bitne arhitekturu generalno.... ( i7 )

Ovo moze da se pokaze kao mac sa dve ostrice sa kojim Intel trenutno vitla.

A nebi me cudilo da se zavrsi u sudskom procesu izmedju dve kompanije

Jedan od advokata od strane AMD .... je komentarisao ovu pretnju plavih na sledeci nacin :
"Oni zele nas , da vide mrtve!"

Uh, ne znam shta intel izigrava, jer , kolko ja kapiram, oni su do sad dobili 2-3 parnice, od preko 30ak izmedju ove dve firme, i to za sitne stvari, a sude se gore nego srpske komshije.

Jel ima recimo, AMD prava na native Quad, na Hypertrasnport dizajn, i slichne izmishljotine, memorijski kontroler, i skoro sve ostalo shto su prvi izmislili u odnosu na intel ? ne znam, pitam, poshto je dosta stvari josh na C2D bilo zapravo prekopirani AMD dizajn, a nisam video da su AMDtuzakali, kao ovi shto rade .. ?
