izleteo mi log na XP-u

prilikom instalacije HP printera desila se nezgodacija TAK da mi je taj isti sredio da prilikom svakog paljenja ili resetovanja pc-a moram da pritisnim sličicu za logovanje

kako to eliminisati ?

ali ne nalazim....

Enable or Disable Fast User Switching

Log on to the computer as an administrator.
