Whether you want to call it the HD3 or the HD7, the upcoming Windows Phone 7 device from HTC has been making surprise appearances around the web for several months now. Thanks to a possible leaked spec sheet, we have a better idea of how well HTC has equipped this Windows Phone 7 device.
Size: The HD7 will be just a hair thicker than the HD2 at 11.2 mm
Memory: Total RAM will be 576MB, made possible by 512MB for program memory and 64MB for graphics. Storage space is a mere 8GB, which is not expandable
CPU: Clocking at 1GHz, the Snapdragon found in the HD7 is the same as found in the HD2
Display: Like the HD2, the HD7 has a 800x480 4.3" display
GSM: This particular spec sheet shows the HD7 as having the bads necessary to work on T-Mobile
Other stuff: Typical features found on a high-end smartphone will find their way into the HD7, like A-GPS, a digital compass, accelerometer, proximity sensor, light sensor, and FM radio. Powering the device will be a 1230mAh battery. The HD7 will have a dual-color LED light for system notifications. Finally, the HD7 will rock a 5MP camera with autofocus and dual LED flash
HTC Apps: The spec sheet lists the full suite of HTC apps present in HTC Hub. These include: bedside clock widget, calculator, converter, flash light, love me/love me not, notes, todo, parking meter, stocks, photo enhancer, voice recorder, and weather
It seems that taken collectively, the specs of the HD7 aren't too dissimilar to the HD2, making us feel a bit underwhelmed. What say you?
