Vratih se sa odmora, bejah na selu u crnoj gori. Odmor je prosao vucuci i tovareci drva, i bale, pesacenje uzbrdicama po retkom vazduhu, dnevno po 25-30km, izgubio 1kg, voda i salo, ako mi bf nije pao na 4-5% ne znam sta je xD. Od sutra trening i pravilna ishrana.

Akne po ledjima i licu su mi nestale, a zanimljivo mi je to da sam krkao masno(slanina, kajmak, meso...) i hleba domaceg kao lud, doduse voda i vazduh su neopisivo cistiji nego ovde, i pride sam gubio bf.

Evo neki tromesecni progres, uz nesredjenu ishranu i samo animal pak kao suplement. Noge i dalje u jadu, s***m ti se u genetiku.

@warmaster, jel to znaci da si 2 pakovanja animala stukao posto ima cini mi se 44 paketica, ili si ga uzeo skoro?
Kakav je utisak za pak ?
Da, i ova kutija je pri kraju, uzimao sam svaki dan ;). Pak je fantastican suplement, lakse spavam, lakse se budim, odmorniji tokom dana, cak i lakse varim (mislio sam da je onaj digestivni enzim reklama i sarena laza, ali stolica mi se normalizovala). Kada krenem od oktobra neku ozbiljniju pricu sa treningom, whey, animal i glutamin ce mi biti jedini suplementi. Nikakvih problema sa hipervitaminozom nisam imao, a verujem da moj organizam crpi kao lud zbog metabolizma.

Nije bacanje para, nek se hrani covek kad ima kesa.
Sta je ovo carn x dole mala bocica i ovaj waxy na vrhu da ne guglam mrzi me, ostalo znam.
U BCAA blastu cini mi se vec imas glutamin...u dozi.

Ja sam od suplementacije zadrzao samo whey mada cu i to verovatno prestati da kupujem i prebaciti se na vise mesa (crveno uglavnom).

Sve manje imam poverenja u suplementaciju pa na kraju krajeva i u sam whey protein ..

Ma jasno :)

I ja skroz podrzavam, kada ti se vec moze sto da ne isprobas, pa ako vidis i ucini ti se da ti od necega imas koristi nastavi s time. Ali probaj i da provalis da li stvarno dobijas ista od necega, da ne kupujes cisto iz navike i neke mentalne stvari koja ti govori "ma to je dobro, to je to" jer zaista mislim da od gomile stvari nema skoro nikakvog benefita .. :)

Ja sam od suplementacije zadrzao samo whey mada cu i to verovatno prestati da kupujem i prebaciti se na vise mesa (crveno uglavnom).

Odlicno izgleda, samo cepaj :).
U pravu si sto se tice suplementacije, ali zadrzi whey zbog "cell tech-a" :D Brze i bolje se absorbuje :). Ja na suvo, samo vitamine jer sam primetio dosta promena u vidu sna, varenja i celokupne energije, za ostalo ne bacam pare dok ne krenem sa dark :)

Protein Quality

Protein quality is measured in many different ways. Two of the most common are biological value (BV) and the protein digestibility corrected amino acids score (PDCAAS).

The BV score gives us an indication of how much of the protein eaten remains in the body (the rest is excreted via sweat, urine, feces).
Since the BV score is measured relative to a high quality "test protein" (usually egg protein), the test protein is given a BV of 100.
A BV score of 70% or greater is usually considered good quality protein.

The PDCAAS measures the individual amino acids in the protein. A deficiency in only one amino acid may cause dramatic negative consequences.
Therefore, this measure of protein quality examines the essential amino acid content of the protein in question and compares it against the human requirement for essential amino acids.
Since a protein is only as good as it's weakest link, the amino acid that is lowest in the protein source then is termed the limiting amino acid.

Wheat protein is known to be a poor quality protein due to the fact that its limiting essential amino acid is lysine.
Since the lysine content of wheat protein is only 8mg/1g protein while the human requirement for lysine is 19mg/1g protein, this protein source only provides 42% (8 divided by 19) of the necessary lysine for growth and repair.

Animal products score better on both the BV and PCDAAS scales.
This is why animal proteins are typically the proteins of choice for athletes.
Other protein sources like beans, grains, and peanuts can be eaten but are usually insufficient to provide the body with the amino acids necessary for growth.

Due to the high quality protein in animal sources, researchers have examined whether animal protein is better for getting stronger, gaining mass and losing fat than vegetarian protein.
From these studies it has been concluded that an omnivorous diet containing protein from several sources including various meats, eggs, and dairy is superior to a vegetarian diet containing no meat and only a small amount of dairy and eggs.
