Sapphire X58 PURE Black
Sapphire is traditionally close board partner of AMD. After the company was able to lure away a number of former employees EVGA, but efforts are being intensified to build up a portfolio of current Intel motherboards. So we could during the CES from an unexpected Sapphire-P67-based motherboard to report that even Lucid's Hydra chip to show.
While this board is still in development, now has a Sapphire motherboard for Intel's current high-end platform for the LGA 1366 introduced. The "Pure Black X58" is based on Intel's X58 chipset and comes in a black and blue color scheme, and with a heatpipe cooling solution. The six memory slots are on DDR3 memory. The Sapphire card has a contemporary decor with SATA 6 Gb / s (the two red lines, provided by a Marvell chip) and USB 3.0, but can also an old IDE connector and one PCI slot. The board has four PCIe x16 slots (attached as x16/x8/x8/x4) which enable CrossfireX. are reset CMOS, power and reset switches are like a debug mode.

Sapphire P67 PURE Black
