Introduction:
I've always been a long time user of Silverstone cases myself. Not only do they have a simple-yet-sophisticated design to them but they also exhibit some of the best manufacturing quality I've seen in the computer case industry. Good quality doesn't often come at a cheap price though. You may pay a little more for a Silverstone case but you can certainly tell when you get it out of the box that it was money well spent. The LC13-E is a desktop-style case designed primarily for use as a home theatre PC case (although the rack mount abilities leave the door open to many other uses).
