Stigao mi je Corsair H80. Namontirao sam ga temperature su fenomenalne. ALi imam problem sa pumpum ja mislim. Neznam dali je normalno ili nije. Nekada mi se cuje kao da nesto greca po plastici i onda prestane. Cuje se nekada isto kao ovdje na snimku.

Problem je sto je H80 kupljen u austriji a mislim da bih morao to odnjeti kod zastupnika od corsaira tako piše na onome crvenom papiru sto dođe sa coolerom. E Sada dali bih mogao ja to odnjeti kod nekog drugog zastupnika u BiH ili Srbiji a ne u Austriji?

Ja sam znaci nadrljo posve. hladnjak mi je kupljen u Austriji a da stvar bude još gora živim u BiH u kojoj vjerovatno nema predstavnika Corsaira.
Imam još jedno rješenje sada neznam što mi je bolje raditi. Mogu poslati po prijatelju koji je kupio hladnjak nazad u trgovinu pa da oni sve riješe. Ili da sam popunim prijavnu kod njih na stranici. I eto uložih 90€ u hladnjak i na kraju ga necu imati u najboljem slučaju mjesec dva (zalosno) :(

Dakle, pročitaj ovo. Informiši se šta je to RMA i polako se pripremi da nađeš neko alternativno hlađenje dok ti se ne sredi H80.

Problem je najverovatnije u lezajevima na motoru same pumpe, meni je stara Tt P500 peridicno pustala takve zvuke i posle nekog vremena je crkla.

Odlučio sam da neću još slati. Jer mi se čuje samo prvi 5-6minuta i poslje prestane da zuji a i kad kad nekada i krene dovoljno je samo prstom dodirnuti pumpu i zujanje prestane. A posto je garancija 5 godina ako otkaze sto uvijek mogu poslati.

Poslao sam upit za RMA i odobren mi je zahtjev ali ne razumjem sve najbolje sto i kako ako ima tko malo vremena da mi pomogne oko slanja H80 prema corsairu?
evo odgovora od corsaira. Mene zanima dali cu morati plaitit carinu i tko placa postarinu? I što da uradim? Koliko sam ja skonto trebam staviti sve sto sam dobio sa coolerom u kutiju zastiti kutiju i naljepiti dokument sto su mi poslali na kutiju na njemu je adresa i sve ostalo i to poslati i oni mi za par dana pošalju nazad novi cooler?

Hvala puno svima koji su mi pomogli. Dobio sam danas novo Hlađenje. Staro su mi ostavili kao naknadu sto sam cekao 20 dana da se sve rijesi. Montirao sam ga odlicno radi. Nisam nista morao platiti cak ni postarinu EuroExpress sto su mi iz sjedista UPS sarajevo poslali na kucnu adresu hlađenje da ja ne moram dolaziti u Sarajevo. Nemam riječi Corsair sve 5.
I dalje sam njihov vjerni korisnik firma su za svaku pohvalu.
