3d print mini wings :thumb: and the big carbon fiber ones
And mounting system for the front hood - made to be removed if need to check the "custom loop engine"
removing the 3d print lines with bondo, then spray filler and in the end flat black paint
Time for update
Carbon fiber wings and parts assembled with more 3d printed elements
I use 3d printing to create thing mockup to check the sizing and tolerances and then print and paint the final parts
The build it big so some elements like wings, wheels with hubs are made to be easily...
Real carbon fiber was made and waterjet cutted for the wings
Also made a jet engine using 140mm Thermaltake Swafan - I had so many choices but in the end chose which one ;-) was best for my project car and modified it additionaly
Created with 3D printings some very cool intakes for the water cooling system
Also made components to hold the water pumps in V shape - I love v8 engines ;-) I use such one in my racing car
I want to use the shape of Tower 600 so I implemented the shape in everything possible
Made few revisions of the front nose - one of the most inportant parts of the TT Formula
Next thing is creating the needed frame
First in CAD to check the dimentions - important step I want to use real carbon fiber and I need real dimentions for waterjet cutting of the carbon fiber
Wings, front are made from carbon
I bought real racing cart tires and repainted the aluminium wheels in diamond swartz black. Moved the projet to new location because of the metal works, cutting wellding and I needed more space
I also found new friend - she will help a lot ;-)
The rims and the the tires are looking funny but at this time I found only these from 1/5 RC car. Any way this gave me a scale for the proportions and started to search for the corect size of the rims and tires
Thanks to Thermaltake, ASUS, Samsung, and AMD, I had all the essential components at my disposal – the motherboard, processor, memory, SSD, and most importantly, a wide range of Thermaltake elements for the custom water cooling system. These included additional radiators, numerous fittings, and...
