Da okacim neke svoje rezultate cisto radi poredjenja i da mozda dobijem savet ili dva cime bih mozda popravio rezultat :). Posto sam na poslu slike kacim uvece

MB je asus p7p55d
CPU je i5 750 i Megahalem sa ventom na 1400 - 1900 rpm
DDR je Corsair 2 GB 1600 ( jedan modul na reklamaciji ) :rolleyes:
PSU je TT 600 W

Prvi rezultat jeste stabilnih 3.8 na 20 krugova linxa i temperaturama koje ne prelaze 80 c. Vcore je 1.375, imc je 1.212, dram je na 1.65 7-8-7 20 1600.
Ono sto ga u realnom radu optereti jeste BC2 i temp ne prelazi 65 c.

Drugi rezultat ( nestabilni ) jeste 4.0 ghz, sistem se podigne i sve radi normalno ALI LINX i PRIME ne prolaze odnosno prijavljuju gresku.
kad pocnem da se igram sa naponima desava se da linx pukne pre ili kasnije ili nemam boot ali ne mogu da podesim stabilnih 4.0 ghz, a nije da mi nesto znaci u zivotu ali voleo bih da udjem u klub :d

Treci rezultat je IGRACKA iz BIOSA - Auto OC opcija - Ona mi je i najzanimljivija
Naime ostavim sve po defaultu ukljuceno za proc i Ploca sama radi OC dok ne dodje do stabilne brzine a to je sledeca.

CPu LOAD 3.34, vcore 1.24, IMC 1.20, dram 1800 mhz cl9
Cpu idle 1.60, vcore 1.016,

A temperature su smesne :) pri loadu ne prelaze 50 stepeni na 20 krugova LINXa a u realnom radu su oko 30 c - sto mi deluje skroz OK

Ako ne osetim na BC2 razliku u ponasanju sa 3.8 i ove na 3.34 ostavicu ga na auto zbog temperatura i napona.

Inace ovo mi je prvi OC posle 3 godine i tada prvog OC intela E6600 i nisam bas sa pojmovima pa mi nemojte zameriti ( bar na tome ) :)

Svaki savet je dobrodosao mada sam iscitao dosta materijala na netu i mislim da moj primerak ne more preko 3.8

Meni je problem najvise pravila memorija kada sam klokovao 200 x 20 na CPU i x10 za memoriju (2000MHz). Kada spustim memory multiplier na 8, recimo, stabilan je na 4GHz. Jesi li probao da RAM mnozilac stavis na minimum i da vidis kako ce se ponasati CPU na 4 giga?


Inace, ja sam prvi put stavio napon 1.360/1.312 (load/idle), al' izgleda da je to puno za i5 procesore (rece kolega sa foruma), pa sam spustio par koraka dole, sad mi stoji na 1.328/1.280 (load/idle) i cak je stabilnije nego sto je bio na visem vCore naponu.

Takodje, zbog problema sa memorijom sam zadnjih 2-3 dana sve moguce kombinacije probao, i najbolji rezultat sam imao sa svim naponima (osim VDIMM i vCore) na stock (NORMAL) podesavanjima.

Za sada sam se rukovodio iskustvima ljudi sa istom plocom i njihovim rezultatima nisam bas puno experimentisao.
Stose tice vdim i vcore danas saznam foru da je za lynfild sve preko 1.21 veliki rizik i da sve to skupa nece dugo trajati :rolleyes: tacnije nekima je riknuo i7 860 i slicno. Vcore koliko mi je poznato ide do 1.4 pa ne vidim zasto bi 1.36 bio previse ali ovi znaju bolje pa ih treba slusati :) ali ostale napone i ne diram ... osim za ddr koja je za rad na 1600 mora da bidne 1.65. Opet cujem da za socket 1156 nije dobro da memorija bude na 1.65 nego na 1.5 upravo zbog veze vdim i dram ???

Ne mogu da kazem da sam ekspert u ovom polju (OC 1156/1366 procesora) al' sam u zadnjih mesec dana procitao 30 razlicitih tutorijala i ni jedan od njih nije pominjao toliko nizak napon. :no:

Hi OCZ Guys,

I'm hoping for a definitive statement from one of you to help guide my actions. I bought 8 gigs of OCZ3G1600LV4GK and installed it in a new P55-Core i7-860 comp I built. I have it running at 1333 @ 8,8,8,18 1T, 1.5v with no issues. I knew when I bought it that it required 1.65v to run at 1600, but I noted that it was "designed specifically for the Intel® P55 Chipset and subsequent Intel® Core™ i7, i5, and i3 (Socket 1156) processors" and I assumed that setting the memory voltage to 1.65v was no big deal.

Well, after educating myself a little more I'm not so sure that elevated voltages are "no big deal". According to Intel's "Intel® Core™ i7-800 and i5-700 Processor Series Datasheet - Volume 1", Tables 7.4 and 7.6, the absolute maximum VTT is 1.21v. Here is what happens if you exceed it: "At conditions exceeding absolute maximum and minimum ratings, neither functionality nor long-term reliability can be expected. Moreover, if a device is subjected to these conditions for any length of time it will either not function or its reliability will be severely degraded when returned to conditions within the functional operating condition limits."

Now, you guys regularly recommend a VTT of 1.35v, as in this thread.

What's a little less unsettling, but more subtle is what Intel says about running memory at 1.65v: "At conditions outside functional operation condition limits, but within absolute maximum and minimum ratings, neither functionality nor long-term reliability can be expected. If a device is returned to conditions within functional operation limits after having been subjected to conditions outside these limits (but within the absolute maximum and minimum ratings) the device may be functional, but with its lifetime degraded depending on exposure to conditions exceeding the functional operation condition limits." The "functional operation limits" of VDDQ is a max of 1.575v. VDDQ is DRAM Voltage, right?

Given this info, I've been reluctant to bump up my voltages to get my ram running at 1600. On the other hand, I don't want to leave the extra performance on the table if there is no danger to the performance and lifespan of my processor and chipset. I'm thinking that your recommendations of a VTT of 1.35v and DRAM of 1.65v can't just be some irresponsible attempt to get your ram running at it's rated values. It must be based on inside information. You wouldn't be selling ram at 1.65v for the P55 if there was the slightest issue with that, right?

So how about coming clean. Has Intel told you that their published voltages are unnecessarily conservative? If they have, have they given you a realistic voltage range that doesn't compromise longevity and performance? Inquiring minds (at least ones that own P55's and 1.65v ram) want to know.

Ono sto znam zasigurno da ja ne znam pa sam okacio ovde za misljenje ... sa pretpostavkom da vi vise znate .. no mozda i gresim :d:d

Poslednji stabilni rezultat jeste na 3.8 sa vtt na 1.21 i vcore na 1.75 ... ddr 1600 7-8-7- 19*200

VTT na 1.21 je potpuno druga prica. To mozda i stoji. Al' to nije vCore o kojem smo pricali do tada. Cak i Intel-ov datasheet (koji je vrlo konzervativan po pitanju napona) kaze da je 1.40 maximum za vCore.

...i vcore na 1.75...
Nadam se da je ovo greska u kucanju.

Izvinjavam se na zbrci, citam brdo materijala a i nisam vican terminima, jeste greska za 1.75 = 1.375

Pa ja sam pricao o kombinaciji odnosno o " necijoj tvrdnji " da postoji opasnost da sve vece od 1.21 VTT skodi i to na par meseci za sam cpu kao i na memory channel

Ok, niko ne kaze da nema rizika kada se radi van onih granica koje Intel deklarise. Jedina zbunjujuca stvar je sto si rekao da je 1.21 za vCore. :D Mada, kao sto rece, citas milion stvari i posto sam se i ja na tvom mestu nasao pre oko mesec dana, greska ti je oprostena :)

Meni za 3.8GHz (memorija na 1900MHz CL7) ne treba vise od 1.21 na VTT i 1.28(idle) za vCore. Neki lik iz Mushkin podrske mi je preporucio da stavim VTT na 1.39v, al' sam zaobisao taj savet...

jos manji napon ali latencije memorije su na auto ... da li je moguce da smanjivanjem latencija moram da dodajem na vcore da bi bilo stabilno ??

A evo sta se desi ako stavim latencije na fabricki obecane, dok su bile na auto tj na 9 sve je bilo OK i prolazilo no sada bez obzira na 1t ili 2t linx puca

Za nekog ko se bavi ovim na ovako los nacin ovim sam se iznenadio a i jednog prijatelja

Ostavio sam sve opcije ENABLE kod i5 i TURBO i time dobio masinu koja za takt od 150 blck sama podize takt procesora od x24 na brzinu od 3600 mhz heheh
Moram da se nasmejem posto mi se ovo cini najboljim rezultatom, dobijem efikasnu masinu kada treba a hladnu i male potrosnje kada je ne koristim u full.u
Interesantno takodje jeste da je memorija kada dozvolim ploci da je sama namesti sada sa lat. na 8-7-8 umesto na 7-8-7 kako fabrika tvrdi ???

Lepo bi bilo da mi neko iskomentarise malo da vidim vase misljenje

~46Gflops izgleda dosta malo za taj clock. Ja sam na 4GHz imao minimum 56GFlops na tom procesoru.

EDIT: Na tvom 3.8GHz rezultatu si imao vise (~50GF) :) Nesto tu ne stima.

Ako bih verovao samo LinX-u, sistem sa HT off je 15.36% brzi od sistema sa HT on. Ako pogledam rezultate x264 kompresije i u uzmem u obzir brzinu prvog i drugog prolaza i ako recimo enkodujem materijal duzine 1.5h na 25fps, sistem sa HT on je 14.38% brzi :)
